Patient Surveys
We occasionally carry out surveys on a variety of areas and your co-operation is appreciated during these times.
Violence And Abuse
There is a national zero tolerance policy to violence and abuse directed to NHS employees or patients at the surgery and any such instances will be taken seriously and may result in a patient’s removal from the list.
Access
The practice occupies purpose-built premises with disabled access to all consulting rooms and treatment areas. We offer two disabled car parking spaces and a disabled toilet. There is a wheelchair and a portable hearing loop for the use of patients whilst on the premises or car park and a member of staff will be happy to assist with this on request.
