If you need a doctor URGENTLY when the surgery is closed during the night, weekends or bank holidays, you should either ring the usual surgery number of 020 8680 2588 and listen to the recorded message, or ring 0845 603 8517. Out-of-hours cover is provided by PatientCare 24, a co-operative of Croydon general practitioners of which this practice is a member. PatientCare 24 is based at Croydon University Hospital, London Road, Croydon CR7 7YE.

There is also a Minor Injuries Unit at the Parkway Health Centre in New Addington. They can see adults and children over one year old who have minor injuries, eg cuts, grazes and wounds, minor burns and scalds, sprains and strains, minor head injuries, minor eye injuries and for the removal of some foreign bodies. This is staffed by nurse practitioners and details are available at the surgery. The telephone number is 020 8251 7225. Opening times are Monday to Friday and Bank Holidays 2.00 to 10.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 12 noon to 10.00pm.
