Parkside has changed to a new provider of automated appointment reminders, so your reminder messages may look a little different from now on.

Apologies if you did not receive a reminder of your appointment on 17/3/23 or 20/3/23. This is because we were given very little notice of the change of provider and we could only set up the new reminders on 20/3/23.

You may have noticed that we are also using a new service to send patients a link to book yourself into certain appointments such as blood tests or blood pressure. We have received great feedback from patients about this easy-to-use service, so you may see more of this!
