Patient Access connects you to local health services when you need them most. Book GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions and discover local health services for you or your family via your mobile or home computer.
To sign up for our online services, please register with Patient Access using your NHS login Log in to Patient Access or alternatively register with the NHS Login. If you are experiencing any difficulties in registering for our online services, please visit the practice with some photo ID (preferably your passport or driving licence) and the details you require will be issued whilst you wait.
Past Online Medical records
If you require access to your past medical records, please visit the practice with some photo ID and complete our form.
Proxy Access
If your child is under 11 years old and you would like to have proxy access to their online account, please visit the practice with some photo ID and complete our form. If you have consent to access someone else's online account, please visit the practice with some photo ID and complete our form for proxy access. Please note this form will need to be signed by both parties.
