Community (District) Nurses
The district nurses provide care for the elderly housebound and in residential homes. They also provide nursing care and support for those recently discharged from hospital and the terminally ill. District Nurses can be reached on 0208 714 2773.
Health Visitors
The health visitors give advice and support for parents of children under five years of age. The health visitor team can be contacted on 0208 274 6006 (Mon-Fri 9am-4.30pm).
